Accounting Assistant
Reports To
The Accounting Assistant will report to the Managing Director, VP for Operations, Sales Manager, Admin & Accounting Head.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provides accounting and clerical support for the Accounting and Finance department.
• Assists in preparing statements of account
• Encodes all invoices to SAP Business one application
• Maintains, prepares, and generates monthly and financial reports using SAP Business one application
• Assists in maintaining historical records by scanning and filing documents
• Assists in double checking and monitoringofsales invoices.
Qualifications
• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related courses
• At least six (6) months of experience in the related field is required
• Adequate proficiency in SAP Business One Software a plus but not required
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task, is results-oriented, and is able to work under pressure
• With good oral and written communication skills
