Accounting Staff

Job Responsibilities? Bookkeeping of day to day transactions? Create periodic reports, such as balance sheet, profit & loss statement, and other related documents? Maintain accurate financial records? Perform audits and resolve discrepancies? Reconciliation of bank statements? Assists management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts? Handles preparation of billing invoices and timely recording of all expenses? Preparation of BIR Form 2307 for Suppliers/Vendors? Preparation of tax reports, its filing and payment? Keep informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting? Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations? Identify opportunities for process improvement, develop and implement solutionsRequirements? At least 2 years of accounting/finance/bookkeeping experience? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills? Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related fields? Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
