Accounting And Finance Head (Cpa)

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Audit & Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures, and coordinate audits and tax filings.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Strategic Planning: Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning, business growth, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required
• With above average scholastic record
