Accountant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial reports to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
?Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
?Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
?Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow to optimize financial performance.
?Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and providing analysis.
?Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and reporting requirements.
?Conduct periodic audits and implement internal controls to safeguard assets.
?Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
?Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
?Assist in year-end closing processes and liaise with external auditors.
Qualifications:
?Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
?Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
?Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
?Excellent organizational and time management skills.
