Accountant (Cpa)

The Accountant will perform a variety of general accounting support tasks in an accounting department including:

Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs.
Compile data and prepare a variety of reports (BIR Returns/Alphalist, Accounts Ledger, A/R, A/P).
Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.

Career Path: Opportunities to learn and have actual work experience in the Company's varied processes and the different aspects/functions of accounting work learned in school, including promotion to Audit functions and Managemet Accounting, once qualified.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA preferred.
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Accounting software.
Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX Accounting System is an advantage.
Responsible, willing to learn and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good command of written and spoken English
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
