Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Monde Nissin is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Account Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with order processing and tracking
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales support role
- Independent and driven personality traits
- Strong time management skills
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
