### **Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote position will involve providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their experiences with Qwikwire are positive and productive. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in account support or customer service, showcasing their ability to manage client relationships effectively.

### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Support:** Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on system functionalities.
- **Account Management:** Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all relevant documentation is collected and processed accurately.
- **Problem-Solving:** Identify, analyze, and resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on account statuses, maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams (including sales, tech support, and finance) to ensure cohesive client service and seamless communication.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather feedback from clients to enhance our services and relay pertinent information to management for service improvements.
- **Triage Support Requests:** Prioritize incoming support requests based on urgency and complexity, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- **Training:** Provide guidance and training to clients on how to utilize Qwikwire's platform effectively.

### **Requirements**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in account support, customer service, or a related role.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about fostering client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
- Highly adaptable to changing circumstances and client needs.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client interactions and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve client issues efficiently.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software and experience with payment processing and invoicing systems is a plus.
- **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- **Availability:** Must have a reliable internet connection and be able to work flexible hours that may accommodate client needs.
