### **Job Description:**

ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Account Support Officer to join our dynamic team. As an Account Support Officer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients while fostering cooperative relationships that enhance our brand's reputation.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Support:** Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, proactively addressing inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and chat to ensure a positive client experience.

- **Account Management:** Monitor and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolving issues effectively.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support, to coordinate support initiatives and align client needs with company offerings.

- **Data Analysis:** Analyze account metrics and client feedback to generate actionable insights, preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders to assist in strategic planning.

- **Problem-Solving:** Identify potential client challenges and propose actionable solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

- **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices.

- **Innovation:** Encourage calculated risk-taking by contributing fresh ideas and innovative practices that promote efficiency and improve client services.

- **Expense Management:** Manage and document travel and spending expenses related to client visits and support activities in compliance with company policies.

- **Overtime Management:** Oversee and report any paid overtime as necessary to ensure workload is manageable and client needs are met promptly.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in account support, customer service, or a related role in a fast-paced environment.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and other relevant digital tools; experience with data analysis is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
