Penshoppe is seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our dynamic team. This part-time role offers the flexibility of working from home while providing critical support to our accounts and enhancing client relations. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all support-related inquiries.
- Proactively identify client needs and issues, providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions tailored to individual client requirements.

2. **Account Coordination:**
- Effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring all requests and projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Maintain a high level of service quality and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to clients regarding account status, including project milestones and deliverables.

3. **Data Analysis and Reporting:**
- Leverage data analytics to inform decisions on account strategies, performance metrics, and resource allocation.
- Create and present detailed reports on account performance, identifying trends and suggesting actionable insights to improve overall service delivery.
- Regularly review and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives accordingly.

4. **Collaboration and Teamwork:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions, contributing ideas to enhance account management processes and service offerings.
- Support onboarding of new clients by coordinating internal resources and ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in account management and support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share innovative ideas with the team to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 6 years of experience in account management, customer support, or a related field, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in CRM software and data analytics tools; strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking, passionate, and results-oriented attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams.
