Job Description:
Machine Ventures is seeking a motivated and independent Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the account management team by assisting with client communications, data entry, and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other client deliverables
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Monitor client accounts and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
Requirements:
- Motivated individual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent cooperation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
