**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, and account-related issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. **Account Management:**
- Assist in managing and coordinating account activities, including processing orders, addressing concerns, and resolving inquiries.
- Monitor account performance and provide timely updates and reports to both the clients and internal teams.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
