Account Servicing Head

Responsible for managing the clients accounts and documents, efficiently collect payments for equity and inhouse amortizations, handling the booking sales and loan takeouts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Achieve high collection efficiency for equity and in-house amortizations.
-Enhance the company's brand equity by delivering exceptional customer service to clients and third parties.
-Ensure the account servicing cycle, from book sales to loan takeout, is completed within the standard period of 24-26 months.
-Properly store and review documents submitted by buyers for loan applications.
-Maintain a high level of quality in sales and client interactions through the effective implementation of policies and processes.
-Ensure accounts for bank or Pag-IBIG takeout are processed within 2-3 months from the delivery of the account folder, considering other factors.
-Monitor, safeguard, and control company assets under the department's responsibility.
-Adhere to and promote the company's core values and culture.
-Perform additional tasks as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or any related studies
-With 4 years of experience in Accounts Servicing and Collections or After-sales
-With experience in Real Estate Industry
-Experience with loans processing and takeout procedures (bank and Pag-IBIG)
-Knowledge of real estate market trends, loan processing, and compliance regulations.
-Willing to work onsite in Mandurriao, Iloilo City
