In this role, you will:Manage several account resolution areas and develop a team of individual contributors while directing and developing programs and policies for Account Resolution functional areaEngage stakeholders and internal partners associated with Account Resolution as needed to accomplish goalsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development by ensuring coordination of talent, budget, and resources, and resolve complex problems or inquiries to optimize Account Resolution efforts in Account Resolution functional areaMake decisions and resolve issues regarding creation of initiatives, research of service standards, market trends, and emerging issues to develop new business strategies, improve group performance of Account Resolution team, and to meet business objectivesInterpret and develop policies, as well as procedures for Account Resolution functional areaCollaborate and consult with teams and management, as well as interact directly with external customersManage allocation of people and financial resources for Account Resolution functional areaMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talentRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Account Resolution, customer contact, Customer Service, or Sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of Leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:Bachelors Degree4+ years experience in CollectionsJob Expectations:Flexible with work hours and arrangementWillingness to work onsite at McKinley Hill, TaguigPosting End Date:
