Collections Representative (Earn Php , Salary Package

A Collections Customer Service Representative proactively contacts customers with overdue debts to negotiate repayment plans and facilitate debt recovery while maintaining professional and respectful customer interactions.
What you'll be doing: Fully review account details and gather data to understand the customer's situation and negotiate the optimal solution for both the Company and the customer.   Provide outstanding customer service and support by balancing high quality customer experience with effective collection techniques.   Protect the Company's revenue by collecting funds in a timely and efficient manner.   What we're looking for:   Ability to work in a shifting schedule. Willing to work in San Mateo, Rizal.
