We also operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that helps reduce complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while increasing customer satisfaction. The Account Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing effective sales strategies. The Account Manager also helps to achieve revenue targets and business goals by ensuring positive client experience through exceptional service delivery.
\n Duties and responsibilitiesIdentify qualified prospects from lead sources (SAQ, Marketing, Sales Operations, and other supporting teams)Saturate assigned sites, clusters, etc. for lead generation, potential business, promotional, and other business purposesGenerate and nurture new leads for new business opportunities through various channels and utilizing brand collateralsChampion the RISE Brand to attract and develop client/business relationsContribute to the overall revenue of the Company by meeting individual and team targets as assignedCollaborate with relevant teams to promote and deliver RISE servicesEnsure strict adherence to up-to-date internal, external, and legal compliance and standardsMaintain data integrity, sales pipeline, and sales processes in support of business goalsEnsure consistent positive customer experienceOther ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary and appropriate by the line manager to support the business QualificationsPrevious experience in similar role or dealing with similar decision makersResult-Oriented and has a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excelStrong influencing skillsStrong communication skills and strong command of EnglishEstablished experience of exceeding sales targets and sales related achievementsDemonstrable experience in a complex environment requiring attention to detail and time management Work conditionsWill be working outdoors most of the timeFlexible time scheduleAfter hours obligations may apply
