Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to be the primary contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong client management knowledge, and the ability to work with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main liaison for assigned clients.
Prepare and present reports on account performance.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Proficient in relevant software (e.g., CRM).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
