Account Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Resolve product or service concerns by clarifying the customer's complaint or inquiry; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Prepare reports by collecting customer information
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and other methods
- Meet personal KPI targets and call handling quotas
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the AHT
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain concerns or reasons for calling
- Cancel, downgrade, or refund accounts but attempt to retain the customer
- Attempt to persuade the customer to reconsider cancellation
- Inform customers of deals and promotions
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
- Populate all required daily report
- Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

Job Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good typing skills
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and methods
- Proven track record in hitting goals
- Able to speak the English language very well
- Excellent Communication skills both in written and verbal
- Preferably 4-5 years of working experience with account management and/or collection
- Must be persuasive, tenacious, and adaptable
- Must be a problem solver and with proven Negotiation skills
- High-Stress Tolerance & high energy level
- Able to Multi-task

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Angeles City, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Senior High School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Account Management: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
