Account Executive

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in consumables and chemicals within the printing industry (offset, rotogravure and flexography). A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.Commitment to Excellence: A proven track record of working with dedication and commitment to achieving excellence in all tasks and responsibilities. Has reached quota in the previous company.Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to efficiently manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality of work.Sales and Technical Service Skills: Strong customer sales skills coupled with technical expertise to understand and address the unique needs of clients in the printing and manufacturing sectors.Fieldwork: Willingness to engage in regular fieldwork to build client relationships, assess needs, and provide on-site support and solutions.Flexibility: Availability to work on Saturdays as required to accommodate client schedules and operational needs.Location: Willingness to work in Cainta, Rizal, to ensure proximity to the officeTarget Market Focus: Ability to understand and cater to the specific requirements of printing and manufacturing companiesCompensation: Comfortable with a salary package supplemented with commission-based incentives, reflecting performance and contribution to the company's success.
