24/7 Social Media Reputation Specialist

Responsibilities:
To oversee and to monitor media and user generated content related to the brand (client)

To provide time alerts to point of contact (counterpart of customer)

To decipher and clean videos on brand Media platforms based on brand requirements.

To create and submit concise reports and summaries, on key stories, such as incisive assessments and evaluations.

To utilize a variety of writing styles relevant to the brand, its executive and global audiences.

To execute content related project (including but not limited to content optimization, publishing, copywriting and translation) using internal or external resources

To coordinate with PM and to escalate issues according to predefined process

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Political Sciences or similar relevant field

Outstanding English communication proficiency

Exceptional time-management skills

Interest and ability to dig deep into several resources and information

Ability to adapt to complex working environment

Ability to write concise reports

Ability to

multi-taskStrong interpersonal and communication skills

Critical-thinker and problem-solver

 

Nice to have:
Working experience with copywriting/proofreading

Sample portfolio of his/her writing works

Knowledge in CMS (such as Sitecore)

Previous experience in working with foreign counterparts

Working experience with Sprinklr and Restate is a plus

Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays included
