Yaychat Agent / Recruiter (Wfh)

YAYCHAT CO. LIMITED is a Voice Room/ Dating App Industry. We are seeking for a full-time YAYCHAT Agent. The agent's responsibilities and requirements are outlined below:

Responsibilities:
• Assist the company in recruiting a Voice Room Host
• Provide information about the position, answer inquiries, ensuring they understand their roles and expectations
• Guide and monitor the recruited hosts.

Requirements:
• Interest in the Voice Room industry with strong communications skills.
• Ability to identify and attract suitable candidates possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
• At least with experience in the Voice Room industry or dating app.
• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates is an advantage but not required.

Offer:
• Schedule: 9am-5pm, no tracker
• Performance based salary, as big as 7k per week
• Weekly Salary, via Gcash
• Performance bonus or incentives once you hit the quota in a month.
