A wide range of services in the following categories are offered by this company, which began operations in 2009: digital marketing, customer experience, data & analytics, BPO & eCommerce, software engineering, and product architecture & design. When they first started, they had just three employees, but now they employ over 200 people worldwide. Not only are they growing domestically, but also globally.

Position: Workforce Specialist

Salary: Php35,000 -Php45,000

Bachelor's Degree Holder
Has at least 3 years' experience in the Workforce Management field
Has experience with implementation of effective forecasting, scheduling, and staffing through different systems and/or tools
Amendable to work on site
Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make a schedule for personnel.
To identify workforce concerns, collect, analyze, assess, and interpret relevant data.
Prepare workforce analysis reports in compliance with business specifications.
Provide ideas for improving the staff to reduce expenses and increase customer satisfaction.
Make regular and ad hoc reports on a variety of CS KPIs and metrics.
