We're seeking Workforce Schedulers to join the team at Smartsourcing, full-time and onsite, starting the last week of November 2024!
This role is fit for day-shifters, mid-shifters, and night-shifters.
Where??? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu As a Workforce Scheduler, you'll be the maestro behind our operations, ensuring our clients have the right people in the right places at the right times. Your scheduling, forecasting, and analysis expertise will be instrumental in optimising our workforce efficiency.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Masterful Scheduling: Create optimal schedules that align with our partner's needs and ensure seamless operations. Strategic Forecasting: Accurately predict labour requirements and capacity planning to avoid bottlenecks. Data-Driven Optimisation: Leverage real-time data to identify areas for improvement and optimise workforce efficiency. Comprehensive Reporting: Provide valuable insights through detailed weekly, monthly, and annual reports. We would need you to be or have the following: 2 - 4 years experience in forecasting and capacity planning Proficiency in workforce management software and Excel Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledgeable in Google Maps is a plus! Be a part of the Smartsourcing crew ??!
