Workforce Planning Senior Manager

Details of the offer

• Overall responsible for the timely delivery of efficient HR Services to Internal customers.
• Handle escalations for employee / staff issues and grievances relating to performance management, compensation, transfers, process compliance across locations

• Overall responsible for the design and support organization development and culture building initiatives to create an environment most conductive to achieving business objectives.
This shall include driving organization values and creating a team-working environment.
• Overall responsible for the design initiative for the motivation, reward and retention of the workforce.
• Ensure efficient handling of people management processes across.
Note: The company will relocate at Carmona, Cavite this year.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
