Position: Workforce Management Executive
Nature of Account: Airlines, Travel
Type of Support: WFM - Support Functions
Work arrangement: Work onsite daily
Site assignment: Cebu City
Salary: up to 35K
Shift Schedule: Rotational (24/7) Schedule | No fixed day off
Start date: ASAP

Educational Requirement:

? At least 2nd year College undergraduate
? Vocational Diploma (2yrs.)
? Associate's Degree (2yrs.)
? College Graduate

Work Experience:

? At least 2-4 years of workforce management experience
? preferred has WFM tools knowledge; knowledge in service adherence models
? Must have: Excel skills (rating of at least 6-7 out of 10)

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
