Qualifications:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or an Associate Degree
· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Full understanding of call center metrics and quality measurement tools
· Strong initiative, detail-oriented and results-oriented
· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English
