Job Requirements:
?Bachelor's degree holder
?With 2-3 years' experience in the Workforce Management field
?With experience in BPO company is an advantage
?Willing to work on night shift schedule
?Amenable to attend interviews
?Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
?Create a staffing schedule.
?Gather, examine, evaluate, and interpret pertinent data to pinpoint workforce issues.
?Create reports on workforce analysis for business requirements.
?Make suggestions for staff enhancements to lower costs and boost customer experience
?Produce ad hoc and regular reports on various CS metrics and KPIs.
?To support operations, provide regular reports and data trends with performance information.
?Address changes in service levels
?Other tasks may be assigned from time to time
