Details of the offer

Record and monitor employee attendance including clock in and clock out, breaks and leaves.
Monitor the schedules of the employees.
Verified timekeeping records and report any discrepancies with employees in the Human Resources
Ensure accurately and timely recording of timekeeping data manual and electronic systems.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and labor regulations.
Process request of leaves and update timekeeping accordingly.
Generate reports on employee attendance, overtime hours and leave balances as management requires.
Analyze timekeeping data to identify trends, patterns and areas of improvement.
Monitor EMP and recommend an IR to the Human Resources and inform the Team Captain about the work productivity of their VAs
Provide administrative support with the Department Heads
Maintain filing system, employee lists, 201 files
Assisting in coordinating with HR projects
