Workforce Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities?Collecting & analyzing data to identify pattern, trends, and key performance indicators?Monitors call volume & adjusts schedules to ensure consistent service is maintained?Providing recommendations, key insights, and solutions to resolve any staffing and volume concerns?Updating schedules to account for breaks, paid time off, tardiness, etc?Using workforce management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.?Perform other ad-hoc data analysis tasks as assigned Qualifications:6 months experience of Workforce in BPO setup Must have advanced excel skillsMust have good English communication skillsMust be willing to work on shifting schedulesMust be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
