In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities: Develop long-term projections across multiple segments utilizing robust baseline data. Create high-quality baseline demand forecasts using statistical analysis and knowledge of the business. Analyze data to make staffing recommendations achieving productivity objectives. Combine data with practical insight for decision-making processes. Navigate data to deliver accurate forecasts and insights. Oversee forecasting processes ensuring consistency and accuracy. Collaborate with key stakeholders to meet forecast accuracy and deadlines. Build rapport with cross-functional stakeholders. Work with Workforce Management teams in forecasting and scheduling. Seek opportunities to streamline and enhance processes. Participate in global and regional meetings for input and contributions.
