Role Overview The role involves supporting Client Management and Advocacy teams during the renewal process by managing tasks and deliverables. Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with various functional teams to prepare and finalize client deliverables, ensuring accurate billing and invoicing, onboarding new clients, and managing client exposure details.Scheduling and taking minutes for strategy meetings, data entry for client submissions, and assisting in proposal creation. Supporting tax filing activities, binding coverage with carriers, preparing summaries of insurance, and monitoring renewal activities.Reporting support and managing ad hoc requests for endorsements and certificates. Basic QualificationsEducation: College/University Graduate.Experience: 2 to 5 years in the insurance renewal cycle, preferably with US insurance experience.Skills:Knowledge of the end-to-end insurance renewal cycle and various insurance documents.Understanding of catastrophe modeling (helpful but not essential).Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.Problem-solving abilities to navigate complex information and adhere to procedures.Flexibility to adapt to changing demands.Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills for efficient task management.Attention to detail to ensure high-quality and accurate information for clients.
