(Work From Home Set Up) Call Center Agents

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using a provided script or framework.
Introduce and explain company products or services to potential customers.
Build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations to generate interest.
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and assessing fit with our offerings.
Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
Update and maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Follow up on potential leads and re-engage past contacts as needed.
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
Handle objections and rejections in a professional and positive manner.
Continuously improve performance by participating in training and feedback sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in a call center, telemarketing, or similar customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident in presenting products or services over the phone.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
