Work From Home Hr Recruiter / Business Partner/ Fulltime/Parttime

Position: HR Recruiter Business Partner
Work location: pure WFH
Job type: fulltime or Part time
Salary is commission based to start only but (3 months after for proby)
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing• : Identifying and reaching out to potential candidates
• Screening• : Reviewing applications and resumes to determine if candidates are a good fit
• Interviewing• : Conducting interviews with candidates
• Onboarding• : Helping new hires integrate into the company
• Negotiating• : Helping potential employees negotiate their terms
• Following up• : Checking in with new hires to ensure they are doing well
• Developing strategies• : Creating recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Maintaining records• : Keeping track of candidate information
Requirements:
College grad or Vocational Course
With or Without experience
At least with knowledge in editing, postings and MS Excel and MS Word.
With own laptop and wifi at home
Willing to work for commission to start after the evaluation with basic salary and incentives
Responsive and and knowledgeable in Emails support.
