Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting key business operations. Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and Maintenance:

Input, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems with a high level of accuracy.
Verify and correct data to ensure consistency and reliability.
Organize and categorize data to support easy retrieval and analysis.
Data Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular audits to identify and correct data discrepancies.
Ensure that all data entries adhere to company standards and guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues promptly.
Administrative Support:

Generate reports and summaries from entered data as needed.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, documents, and other materials that require data input.
Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
Proficiency in data entry tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized databases.
Strong typing skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
