Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:Assist customers with their banking needsProcess transactions accurately and efficientlyProvide excellent customer serviceCollaborate with team members to achieve branch goalsHandle customer complaints, inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limitsBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsQualifications:At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) /SHS Graduate With or Without BPO experience Excellent Communication skills Willing to work onsiteAdditional Requirements: NBI AND SSS Number available before training
