Key Responsibilities: Answer the Calls & Emails received from the customersMaintain a good relationship with the existing customersExplore more potential customersAssist with Sales Order creation in Business CentralManage our databases for direct marketing campaignsAnalyze data and produce reports on marketing performance to measure ROISupport managing our social media channelsManage merchandise and promotional items.Other Ad-hoc tasks/Other tasks that may assigned from time to time Skills & Qualifications: Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related fieldAt least 1 years of proven work experience in the Sales Support function/Marketing,
specifically developing marketing campaigns in a BPO Company or International company
People person: excellent verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical, detailed and multitaskingResults-oriented, organized team playerCan work individually and in minimal supervisionWilling to install Hubstaff app to monitor time and productivity Work Schedule:
Mondays - Fridays, 6:30am - 4:00pm Philippine Time (inclusive of 30mins break)
