**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Improves operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Coaches and develop workforce to obtain and improve job skills through feedback, ongoing training, and other coaching techniques.
- Determines operational strategies by conducting assessments, performance review and contributing information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews
- Maintains and improves operations by monitoring performance, identifying and resolving problems and preparing/completing action plans
- Manages the team to ensure productivity, quality and customer satisfaction performance objectives are met and performed in an efficient manner
- Communicates within the team about company goals to deliver high level of customer satisfaction
- Review operations daily, weekly and monthly; develop and implement action plans to address deficiencies
- Coordinate with the team to execute strategic recruiting and employee engagement programs to attract and retain top performers.
- Creates short and long-term performance goals developed and enhanced by the Management team
- Submit Daily, Weekly Reports and Monthly Operations Dashboard
- Supervises a team of Reports Analyst
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 1-3 years experience with Amazon Seller Central
- International Regulatory compliance experience is a plus
- At least 3 years experience in Retail, E-commerce and online Marketplace Management
- Strong understanding about Customer Service Performance, Product Policy Compliance and Shipping Performance metrics of each marketplace channel
- At least 3 years of working experience as a supervisor in a BPO company or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge in Process Improvement is a plus
- Ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel
- Excellent communication Skills in both written and verbal English
- Must have a strong knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, word, excel, project and power point
- CRM and Salesforce experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on a day shift schedule
