**Job Qualifications**:
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- With 2-3 years working knowledge on core SAP transactions including Order-to-Cash Management
- Understanding of systems used in the Order Fulfillment process and interfaces between them
- Knowledge of transportation and warehousing concepts; forwarder and broker organization
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (word, excel, PowerPoint, Visio, access, project, and etc.)
- Excellent Customer Service skills including Interpersonal Communication Skills, Relationship Management, Collaboration Skills, and Teamwork Skills
- With Order to Cash Process Knowledge, Understanding of Related Transactions, Policies and Guidelines and Performance Measurements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
**A.
Order Management**
- Manage end to end order to invoice cycle of assigned accounts including checking of credit, inventory status, delivery schedules,
- Manage delivery of KPIs
- order entry, container utilization, On time Delivery, Case Fill Rate, Shelf Life
- Lead investigation and issue resolution on order related issues.
Coordinate with key stake holders and service providers to address immediate issues and put in place corrective actions.
- Closely coordinate with warehouse, planners, supply chain and commercial teams to requests, feedbacks and support needed to execute orders.

Reporting**
- Maintain all monitoring and order tracking reports
**C. Process Improvement, Initiatives, and other Adhoc tasks**
- Participate on internal initiatives and process improvement projects
**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
