Wfh Opportunity: Architect With Revit Experience

We are looking for Architects who are proficient in using Revit. You will be responsible for a variety of production architecture working with dedicated US-based architecture firms. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design. The goal is to provide construction drawings, schematic designs, design development, detailing, Revit Modeling, and BIM coordination.
Responsibilities: The ability to take a project from concept to completion for Team Captains Produce Construction Drawings from Concept to Completion for Team Architects Provide detailing and redlining for the design team and client Collaborate with team Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors Research and apply the applicable codes on a project-by-project basis Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices Capable of doing research on missing information/details/specifications for products, building systems, details, and architectural type Generate Revit models to share with the project team Generate PDFs for review and redline as required to keep the project moving forward at regular intervals Ability to manage, update progress, answer questions, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure Self-directed, disciplined, and dedicated to each project from start to completion Requirements 5+ years of experience in the Architectural field ADVANCED and/or EXPERT in Revit Can work on a graveyard shift (US timezone) Benefits WFH HMO allowance government benefits weekly salary basis weekends off
