We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist/Virtual Assistant to support our team and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excels in communication. You will play a vital role in managing customer inquiries, coordinating projects, and handling scheduling tasks.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support
Efficiently manage and resolve inbound customer support tickets, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and accurately.
Proactively reach out to customers (or merchants' customers) to gather feedback on their experience with Logicblock and affiliated merchants.
Project Management
Monitor project deadlines and ensure the team remains on task, tracking progress to meet deliverables.
Scheduling & Coordination
Organize the team's schedule, handle meeting coordination, attend meetings as a note-taker, and compile meeting summaries & action items.
Ad Hoc Tasks
Take on miscellaneous tasks that arise during the day, streamlining workflows for you and the team.
Qualifications:
Multiple years of experience in customer support or virtual assistant roles.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with scheduling tools, project management software, and customer support platforms.
Availability to work full time (no other jobs, clients, freelance commitments), working during US EST hours.
