**

The **Wellness Nurse** is responsible for management and provision of health and wellness services and programs for all employees.
He/She Designs, initiates, manages and sustains programs or workplace activities that increase awareness in health, well-being and pursuit of healthy-lifestyle, proper work-balance and work-life integration.
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- With at least 6 months experience in related field.
- With OHNAP certificate and BOSH training, an advantage.
- With sound clinical knowledge (like CPR) and good interpersonal communication skills & abilities.
- Willing and capable to work in a shifting schedule.
**Your scope of responsibilities include**:

- Works with HR and management for promotion of healthy-lifestyle, wellness and physical activities for employees.
- Designs and pursues health, nutritional, physical programs and sports events for groups of individuals to achieve target health indicators per management order.
- Ensures all medical observations and deficiencies as a result of the annual physical exam are cleared by listed individuals.
- Reviews diagnostic test result and medical certificates submitted by employees.
- Promotes safety hazards and precautionary measures in the workplace.
- Assists HMO Coordinator (LR & Employee Services Manager) in optimizing effective coverage and utilization of covered employees including hospital and home visit.
- Assists HMO coordinator in preparation of monthly reports related to HMO services, health status of covered employees and utilization.
- Gives first aid treatment and proper medication to employees as need arises.
- Accompanies the injured employee to the nearest medical service or hospital.
- Monitors absences of employees due to sickness
- Monitors inventory of medicines and other supplies.
- Organize and coordinate annual medical or physical examinations of the company and assists third part in its implementation.
- Participate and perform FSSC related tasks such as preparation, update and review of documents and reports during audit.
- Performs/assists in other HR functions as necessary.

**Salary**: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
