Wellness Consultant

**I. QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS**Knowledge/Education: Graduate of four-year course preferably in Marketing or any related Business CourseExperience: At least six (6) months experience in sales, customer service, or marketing, preferably in the same industry.Skills: Proficient in oral and written communication, highly personable, result-oriented, excellent personal relation, creative, innovative and resourceful.Attitude/Personality: Team player, aggressive, dependable, dynamic, can maintain good interpersonal relationship, with pleasing personality.**II. BASIC FUNCTION**Responsible for the overall achievement of assigned sales objectives related to consultations, promotions, and marketing of products and services.**III. RESPONSIBILITIES**A. Sales & PromotionEnsures the achievement of performance objectives through activities consistent with her group's/clinic's sales strategy designed to contribute to the attainment of corporate goals.Does TELEMARKETING including follow up calls on the following:a. Missed consultation and (TCB's) To Come Back's Clientsb. Inactive and Active Clientsc. Cancelled bookingd. Telephone inquiriese. Referralsf. Telemarketing Strategies (Telewinners)g. Announcement of promosB. ConsultationsConduct actual consultations (skin & figure analysis) including:a. Designing treatment programsb. Re-packagec. Conversion and revision of the programd. Provides nutritional counselingC. Account ManagementSystematically plans his work and organizers herself and her resources to met performance objectives.a. Follows timetable for daily schedule of activitiesb. Refers to the appointment/booking schedule of the clientEnsure collection of credits and deferred paymentsD.
