Is currently looking for:
 

WELLNESS COACH / FITNESS AND GYM INSTRUCTOR

 

Responsibilities:
Develop and instruct a holistic training regimen for participants of the program

Observes participants and informs them of corrective measures to help them improve themselves

Evaluate body conditions:
glucose levels, blood pressure levels, BMI, fat percentage, mass percentage, among others

Meeting with clients individually or in group settings to discuss and set achievable short-term and long-term goals

Create and improve meal offerings based on nutrition needed for participants

Empowering clients to take their health into their own hands

Helping clients understand their motivations and create behavior

changeSupporting clients in developing sustainable meal, exercise or other wellness plan tailored to their goals

Document clients? progress and monitor improvements

Handle nutrition and health-related questions

Administers emergency first aid, wraps injuries, treats minor chronic disabilities or refer the injured to physicians

Requirements and Skills:
Training in coaching, fitness and/or nutrition

Previous experience working with clients with strong customer service orientation

Knowledge of good health practices

Knowledge of diverse exercises and how to adjust plans according to each client's needs

Good organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Compassionate

Availability to work in the afternoons to late evenings

Certifications whenever necessary

1-2 years exp.
