Job description
We are URGENTLY looking for a 1 (One) Wellbeing Senior Specialist.

Salary basic from P66K + P2,800 allowance (depending on the candidate's exp)
Atleast Master's in Psychology or related field, with required licenses (e.g., Psychologist, Psychometrician, Counselor).
Must have atleast 2-3 years post-graduate clinical experience in individual and group coaching, focusing on workplace mental health.
Strong knowledge of health and wellbeing benefits, project management, stakeholder collaboration, and psychometric assessment
Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
Okay w/ shifting schedules & can work onsite
Can start ASAP this December!
