1. Check materials needed before the operation starts.
2. Check coil width and thickness before the operation starts to ensure correct placement of items based on production order.
3. Check if the coil is still hung on the weighing scale.
4. Monitor brake pods, Hose Air Leak, Expander and FRL before the operation starts.
5. Check Skelp expander if it has barriers and ensure that it is locked.
6. Check welding rod size before replacing for a new one, it should be only 2-4 inches before replacement.
7. Do not place coil into the coil cage if the materials are thin.
8. Weld joints between coil during production, and ensure that the weldings are durable
9. Take note of all materials that came from the expander, report and record the weight if it has changed.
10. Ensure cleanliness of area before and after use.
