Website Designer - Work From Home

fitbox is an Australian-based SaaS company with a vision to help gyms thrive. Our app is used by over 14,000 gym members to manage their membership and performance tracking as well as an admin portal for gym owners to manage members and class programming.

We are looking for an energetic, client-focused team member in the Philippines to support fitbox's website operations. Your primary focus will be onboarding clients, handling website design, and creating GoHighLevel (GHL) themed websites. You will assist clients through email providing guidance and solutions for their platform-related inquiries

Job Responsibilities: Design, customize, and build responsive, user-friendly websites using GoHighLevel (GHL)Tailor GHL templates to match client branding and business goalsManage the full onboarding process, including setting up domains, hosting, and email integrationHandle data imports, automation, and third-party integrationsCollaborate with clients to understand website needs and manage projects efficientlyEnsure timely delivery, updating clients regularly and coordinating with internal teams Desirable skills: Strong eye for design, layout, and typographyExperience with website builders (Wordpress, etc)Familiarity in website design toolsFamiliarity with web hosting, domain management, and website migrationAbility to troubleshoot technical issues related to website performance or setupExperience with customizing themes or templates to align with brandingAbility to manage multiple client projects simultaneouslyCreative problem-solving skills to deliver solutions that meet client needsGuide clients through onboarding, explaining GHL features and providing ongoing supportProvide post-launch support for updates, fixes, and additional requests
