Web Researcher - Back Office

Manages a group of companies or executives assigned and using the client's research methods and research tools to update and maintain the quality of the content- Follows a production schedule with the goal of keeping records updated and accurate- Maintains standards of excellence across the various sections of the reports- Manages the content sources, quality matching, mapping, and modelling- Performs research and monitors financial activity on the following areas: hedge funds, venture capital, private equity, infrastructure, and real estate.- Collects information about various investment opportunities from profile, profitability, history and outlook, current stock value and financial performance.- Utilizes background/previous knowledge on business or finance to determine if the data are applicable and relevant before updating the client tool/platform.- Exerts all efforts and exhausting various possibilities to provide customers the service they require within the agreed guidelines and standards.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Graduate of any four year course- With strong organizational and writing skills- Has the ability to become proactive and solution driven, must be able to execute and implement solutions- Demonstrates excellent troubleshooting and problem assessment and solving skills- Demonstrates strong customer care and service ethic- Has the ability to liaise effectively with internal and third party resources to help resolve any issues- Able to rapidly assimilate and retain information- Flexible and can adapt to a fast changing business environmentSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Flexible shiftWork Remotely:- Temporarily due to COVID-19
