What we're looking for: Knowledge of hosting platforms like Linux or WindowsProficiency in web hosting technologies, including popular content management systems like WordPress or JoomlaFamiliarity with website scripting languages such as PHPExperience working with databases like MySQLUnderstanding of network protocols like SSH, FTP, and SFTPStrong knowledge of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting internal server errorsFamiliarity with email protocols (SMTP) and the differences between POP, IMAP, and Active ExchangeAt least 1 year of BPO experience or 6 months of work experience in a web hosting companyMinimum of 6 months of sales experience (in any industry)At least 6 months experience in the tech industry
