Web Graphic Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a web graphic designer who is passionate about their work and takes pride in creating beautiful and user-friendly designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of previous work, be highly creative, and have a good understanding of user experience and web standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish objectives for design within each project to determine best approach for design and the finished product.Design and layout web site graphicsUse typography, color, and layout to convey ideas and inform usersDevelop brand identities including logos, corporate colors, and other typographyDevelop compelling web content and graphics for web sites and web applicationsDesign pages, templates, and graphics for print and webResearch, explore, and experiment with new ideasOptimize content by testing, optimizing, and refiningCommunicate with project managers and clients to determine content requirements and needsNeed to have graduated from an accredited institution with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic DesignBrainstorms with creative agencies on campaign concepts and strategies for design execution across a variety of deliverables.Works cognitively around deadlines of multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.Performs other tasks as assigned. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field; or equivalent experience preferred.2 years' experience in high-volume graphic production environment.Proficient with Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with HTML/CSS and familiarity with javascriptWeb experience (a portfolio is required)Knowledge of UI/UX principlesExperience with Figma designExperience with content management systemsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
