Job Description

· Functions and responsibilities include- Debugs and fixing errors by applying basic programming concepts & patterns

· Provide technical support for application and web development projects, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

· Develop, maintain, and enhance applications and websites, utilizing knowledge of various programming languages.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.

· Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.

· Engage in vendor and client management, fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

· Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of software development.

· Stay current with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience in technical support and application/web development is mandated

· Strong experience with Agile methodologies and practices.

· Strong experience with database management and administration.

· Proficient in various programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript, Node JS, React JS, etc)

· Demonstrated experience in vendor and client management.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with teams.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery
