We are seeking a talented Web Developer in Davao with significant experience in PHP, WordPress, JavaScript and be able to develop on the MERN Stack. The ideal candidate will be tasked with developing and managing our company and client websites, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.

Responsibilities:
• Creating dynamic, responsive websites from scratch using PHP, WordPress, and JavaScript. The process will include everything from conceptualization, development, testing to deployment and maintenance.
• Managing and maintaining the company's existing websites and client web projects. This includes regular updates, optimizing load times, adding new features and functionalities, and ensuring the highest level of availability and performance.
• Conducting comprehensive website testing in various browsers and environments. Identifying and fixing bugs, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth navigation and optimal website speed.
• Collaborating closely with the content, design and management teams to define website requirements and deliver solutions that meet strategic business objectives.
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implementing them effectively into website design.
• Providing hands-on website administration including software updates, data backup, website security, and troubleshooting any technical issues.
• Conducting training sessions to familiarize the internal team on how to use and update the website.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies to bring innovation and new ideas to the company's web strategies.
• Documenting project scopes, schedules, and tasks in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that projects are completed within the defined time-frame and budget.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Proficient understanding of PHP, JavaScript (including frameworks like jQuery or Angular), WordPress and MERN Stack.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with website optimization tools.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience in API integrations and understanding of databases and web servers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently.
